- Ignition on
- CDR23 on

NOTE: Fault code 8003 is recorded if the operating buttons are actuated for '≥ 1 minute'.

Possible cause of fault
- Fault in CDR23 power supply
- Insufficient power supply
- Optical waveguide damaged, kinked, broken
- External amplifier (if installed) - no power supply
- CDR23 faulty
