411 Throttle Jacking Unit, Gain Adjustment - Signal Implausible
Function
The actual values of the throttle position are read in via a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter. In order to achieve a higher resolution of the throttle angle in the idle speed range, an analog circuit amplifies the voltage of potentiometer 1. The throttle angle is then calculated as a function of the amplified signal.
Diagnosis conditions
- Ignition on (approx. 30 sec.)
- Stationary vehicle
- Engine not running
- Engine temperature between 5 and 100 °C
- Intake air temperature between 5 and 100 °C
- Battery voltage > 10 V
- Accelerator value < 0.8 %
