Information:
When returning manual transmissions under warranty repairs, please provide the following information about the complaint. This allows better analysis of the transmission damage. Please provide written information about the items below and include this document with the transmission.

1. Shifting difficulties:
- In which shifting operation?
- When shifting up or shifting down?
- Outside temperature (approx.)?
- Operating state (warm/cold)?

2. Noises:
- Type of noise (e.g. howling, singing, whistling, grinding, knocking, grating, cracking)?
- Load condition (traction, overrun, partial load, wide open throttle)?
- Vehicle speed, engine speed, gear?
- Operating state (warm/cold)?

3. Transmission jumps out of gear:
- How often/how many times did the transmission jump out of gear?
- Load state (traction, overrun, partial load, wide open throttle)?
- Vehicle speed, engine speed, gear?
- Operating state (warm/cold)?
