Button, Central Locking System Closed, Positive Short

Fault Code 07

Fault Effect: No central locking possible

Procedure

1. Pull off plug I at the alarm control unit.

2. Check the central locking button.

Voltmeter at plug I, pin 29 and ground.

- Central locking button not actuated.

Display: 0 V

- Central locking button actuated towards "Closed".

Display: Battery voltage

3. Disconnect the plug connection at the central locking button.

4. Check the line from the alarm control unit to the central locking button for positive shorts.

Voltmeter at plug I, pin 29 and ground.

Display: 0 V
