CAN comfort signal fault, air-conditioning system

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- CDR23 on

Possible cause of fault
- CAN comfort (high) - open circuit
- CAN comfort (low) - open circuit

CAN comfort is connected to the following control modules:
PCM2 as of model year 2003
Instrument cluster
Air-conditioning system control module
Radio

NOTE: The plug connections of control modules connected to CAN comfort are disconnected during troubleshooting. This causes additional CAN-related fault codes, e.g. "9110 DME control module" to be stored in the fault memory of the instrument cluster. These fault codes should be initially ignored and should be deleted on completion of troubleshooting.
