Fuel Injector, Cylinder 3 Below Limit

P1229 - FUEL INJECTOR, CYLINDER 3 BELOW LIMIT

Diagnosis conditions
- Engine running
- Battery voltage greater than 7 V

Possible fault cause
- Short circuit to ground in wiring
- DME control module

Affected terminals
- Terminal III/15

NOTE: Short to ground causes the fuel injector to be permanently open.
