Undervoltage
Internal control unit function test

Once the vehicle voltage is within the permissible voltage range again, the ABS system is switched back on and the indicator lights go out.

Diagnostic conditions
- Vehicle speed > 6 km/h

Possible cause of fault
- Vehicle voltage less than 10 V or greater than 16 V (control unit voltage supply, rate-of-turn sensor and steering angle sensor)
- Faulty connection to ABS control unit
- ABS control unit faulty

Affected pins
Pin 1, pin 5, pin 2, pin 6 and pin 23

Diagnosis/troubleshooting

Erase the fault memory before troubleshooting and perform a test drive.
