Torque Limiter - Above Limit

Function
All functions which are relevant from the point of view of safety are monitored independently and separately in a second level of the DME control module. The torque monitor in the second level compares a permissible actual torque with a calculated torque. If the torque of the second level exceeds the permissible actual torque, a fault reaction occurs.

1 Perform adaptation.
1. Switch on the ignition.
2. Wait one minute.
Do not press the accelerator.

3. Switch off the ignition for at least 10 seconds.
4. Read out the fault memory.
