Removing And Installing Motor For Rear Side Section Flap

Removing motor

NOTE: Motor and electrical plug connection are one replacement part. If the motor is faulty, the wires of the micro switches must be removed. Removing and installing microswitch for rear side section flap, removing and installing rear side section flap.

1. Removing rear side section flap
2. Removing motor
Undo and remove fastening screws -1- with screwdriver (Torx T 10).
Unclip wires for microswitches -2-.
Pull motor with rear side section flap downwards and remove spindle -3- from the spindle guide.
Remove wires for microswitches -2- from the plug connection.







Installing motor
1. Installing motor
Insert motor into the spindle guide with the spindle and fasten with Torx screws.
Install wires for micro switches into the plug connect and clip in wires.
2. Install rear side section flap and perform a function test
