Fitting Front Lip - GT3







General
The 911 GT3 is lowered by approx. 30 mm as standard to lower the centre of gravity of the vehicle. The front lip is not fitted on the vehicle for protection when loading or unloading the vehicle. The front lip and body-bound rivets included with the vehicle must be fitted.

NOTE: Lift the vehicle on a lifting platform to fit the front lip.

- Position front lip -1- on the specified holes of the front spoiler and fix it using the body-bound rivets -2-. Press in retaining pin -2- of the body-bound rivet.


NOTE: An adhesive strip is stuck onto the front lip -1- as of model year 2004; protective film -3- must be removed before fitting.
