Removing and installing oil hose - GT3
Removing oil hose
1. Undo air conditioning compressor and set it aside with the hoses connected so that coolant cannot escape.





2. Detach holder of the oil filler neck. Undo and remove the three M6 screws -arrows- for this purpose.





3. Undo the union nut (a/f 19) of the oil hose -1- on the oil pressure sensor. Counter at the hexagon (a/f 22) of the oil pressure sensor -2- when doing this.





4. Undo the banjo bolt of the oil hose (a/f 19) -arrows and remove.
5. Remove the oil hose.

Installing oil hose

Note;
- Always replace the two aluminum sealing rings of the banjo bolt.





1. Place the oil hose with banjo bolt and new aluminum seals on the crankcase flange.








2. Fit the oil hose on the oil pressure sensor. To do this, place the oil hose with the union nut (a/f 19) on the oil pressure sensor -1- and tighten. At the same time, counter with an open-ended wrench at the hexagon (a/f 22) of the oil pressure sensor -2-.
3. Attach holder of the oil filler neck. Put on and tighten the three M6 screws -arrows- for this purpose.
Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lbs.)





4. Tighten banjo bolt of the oil hose.
Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
5. Install air conditioning compressor.
