Setting the Total Mileage Counter in the Instrument Cluster

NOTE: The kilometre reading must be set ahead after replacement of the instrument cluster.


1. Set ahead with the Porsche System Tester 2.
- Select vehicle type (Boxster)
- Select control modules
- Select instrument cluster
- Select total mileage
- Input Vehicle Identification Number
- Confirm with key F7
- Input kilometre reading
- Code with key F8
2. The total mileage is adopted in the new instrument cluster after coding.
