1. Remove engine compartment covers.
2. Remove intake-air distributor.
3. Remove ignition coils.

Removing cylinder head cover





1. Unscrew 2 Torx screws M6 x 14 at the front of the cylinder head cover.





2. Unscrew the two M6 hexagon socket head bolts.
3. Unscrew all 9 fastening screws and 2 fastening nuts on the cylinder head cover. Lift off cylinder head cover and set it down on a clean surface.





4. Remove all seals from the cylinder head cover (one cover gasket and six recess seals) and replace them.
