Removing Pump For Headlight Washing System
- Remove rear right wheel housing liner.
- Disassemble the engine compartment cover from the coolant expansion tank.
- Remove canister for windscreen washer system.







1. Release connector "arrow A" and pull out "arrow B".
2. Pull out the high-pressure hose from the tabs on the canister "arrow C".







3. Twist the pump with the high-pressure hose "arrow A" and pull it out of the canister "arrow B".
4. Take out the rubber gasket "C" from the canister.
5. Pull hose off the high-pressure pump.

Installing Pump For Headlight Cleaning System







1. Apply a suitable rubber lubricant (tire mounting paste) to the sealing surface "A" and press the rubber seal into the canister "arrow B" until it engages audibly.







2. Apply a suitable rubber lubricant (tire mounting paste) to the sealing surface "A" and attach the high-pressure hose to the pump "arrow B".







3. Apply a suitable rubber lubricant (tire mounting paste) to the sealing surface "A".
4. Press in the high-pressure pump completely in the rubber gasket "arrow B" and turn in the limit position "arrow C".







5. Press the high-pressure hose into the holder "arrow A" until it clicks into place in the canister.
6. Connect the connector to the high-pressure pump "arrow B" until the locking tab "C" engages audibly.
