Microphone signal faulty

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- PCM2/CDR23 on

NOTE:
- Fault code 8003 is recorded in the PCM2 MMI if the operating buttons are actuated for '≥ 1 Min.'.
- Deactivate the 'automatic traffic announcement' before performing the diagnosis on the PCM2/CDR23. If this is not done, the diagnosis will abort.
- This fault code is set by means of a self-test with the Porsche System Tester II No. 9588.

Possible cause of fault
- No signal is transmitted by the microphone

Amplifier control module, plug B, pins 1 and 10
