Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- Panorama roof system (PDS) control unit, internal function test

Possible cause of fault
- Implausible signal
- Motor wiring, hall-effect sensor faulty (B+, ground, Hall signal 1 and 2)
- Motor (roof segment A and B) faulty
- Panorama roof system (PDS) control unit faulty

Affected pins
Panorama roof system (PDS) control unit plug B 'cover 1+2':
Pin 1 'GND'
Pin 3 'Hall sender 1'
Pin 5 'Hall sender +'
Pin 6 'Hall sender 2'

Diagnosis/troubleshooting

NOTE: After this fault, or after the battery voltage has been interrupted, or repair or replacement of components of the Panorama roof system has been performed, the limit positions must be relearned for the Panorama roof system control unit.
