Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- Internal function test on instrument cluster

Possible fault causes
- No signal/communication (no signal from Gateway control unit on CAN comfort)

Affected pins
Instrument cluster, connector B:
- Pin 19 'CAN display (high)'
- Pin 20 'CAN display (low)'

Diagnosis/troubleshooting

NOTE: If there is no incoming signal via the CAN display using several control modules, the CAN display must be checked for open or short circuits. Refer to 'Checking instructions/CAN data bus (Rep. Gr. 9700)'.
