Steering-angle sensor

WARNING: Whenever the battery terminal is disconnected, the steering-angle sensor must always be initialised 'control lamp in instrument cluster lights up'.

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- Internal function test on instrument cluster and gateway

Possible causes of fault
- No signal/communication (no signal from steering-angle sensor on CAN drive)
- Steering-angle sensor not initialised
- Steering-angle sensor faulty

Affected pins
Instrument cluster, plug B:
- Pin 19 'CAN drive (high)'
- Pin 20 'CAN drive (low)'
