Fault Code 1130

ABS operation

Diagnostic conditions

- Ignition on
- Internal PSM control module function test

Possible cause of fault

- Short circuit to ground in power supply to sensors (implausible signal)
- Hardware fault in PSM control module (faulty)

NOTE:
- If additional fault codes are stored when reading out the fault memory, the fault memory must be cleared and another test drive must be performed on the vehicle. Read out the fault memory again after the test drive. If the fault codes are stored again, this indicates a short circuit to ground in the power supply to the sensors (see Fault code).
- If only fault code '1130' is stored in the fault memory, this indicates a fault in the 'PSM control module'.
