CAN comfort OFF

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- Control module for tyre pressure monitoring system, internal function test

Possible cause of fault
- Short circuit between CAN lead (high) and CAN lead (low)
- Short circuit to B+
- Short circuit to ground
- Fault in a control module connected to CAN comfort

Affected pins
Plug on control module for tyre pressure monitoring system:
- Pin 15 'CAN comfort (high)'
- Pin 31 'CAN comfort (low)'

Diagnosis/troubleshooting

NOTE: This fault occurs when expected signals from the steering column switch are not transmitted.
