Audio CD read error (formatting error on CD)

Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on.
- PCM2/CDR23 ON
- Manual actuation

NOTE:
- Fault code 8013 is recorded in the PCM2 MMI/CDR23 if the operating buttons are actuated for one or more minutes.
- Deactivate the automatic traffic announcement before performing the diagnosis on the PCM2. If this is not done, the diagnosis will abort (applies only to software version number less than 03).

- CD changer faulty
