Boost-Pressure Control Valve Output Stage - Open Circuit

Diagnosis conditions
- Time elapsed after engine start-up greater than 10 seconds
- Battery positive voltage between 10 V and 16 V

Possible fault cause
- Open circuit
- Open circuit in B+ supply
- Disconnection point KE7, pin 1 - no connection
- Fuse FE11 faulty (fuse carrier in E-box, radiator tank)
- Boost-pressure control valve faulty
- DME control module faulty

Affected terminals
DME control module connector B, pin 116, and boost-pressure control valve, pin 1

Diagnosis/troubleshooting

NOTE: The wiring for fuse FE11 and boost-pressure control valve, pin 2, is routed via the KE7, pin 1, plug connection
