Diagnostic conditions
- Acceleration with wide-open throttle in 3rd or 4th gear

Possible cause of fault
- Leak between turbocharger and throttle valve
- Overrun recirculating air valve faulty (leaking)
- One or both turbochargers sluggish or stuck
