Diagnostic conditions
- Driving with changing accelerator module position

Possible cause of fault
- Short circuit in wiring harness
- Throttle adjusting unit faulty
- DME control module faulty

Affected terminals
DME control module connector B, pins 117 and 118

Diagnosis/troubleshooting

NOTE: The vehicle is in emergency function mode, i.e the engine is turning at 1200 to 1800 rpm.
