Diagnostic conditions
- Time elapsed after engine start-up greater than 20 seconds
Possible cause of fault
- DME control unit faulty (ambient pressure sensor)

Diagnosis/troubleshooting
NOTE:
- The diagnosis detects fluctuations in the ambient pressure sensor that vary too quickly. These can be traced to a sensor that does not function uniformly.
- If the vehicle was transported (pulled, on axle or towed), the fault can be erased, because the implausible pressure fluctuation is due to a change in height with the "ignition off".
- The ambient pressure sensor is located in the DME control module
