Removing And Installing Rear Loudspeaker
WARNING: Risk of destruction of electrical and electronic components: Before removing the loudspeaker, switch off the ignition, remove the ignition key and switch off the radio system.
Removing Rear Loudspeakers
Remove the left or right door trim panel.
Bose low-pitch loudspeaker
1. Remove the four fastening screws from the loudspeaker cover in the door panel.
2. Press connectors together and pull plug out.
3. Pull the plug retaining bracket apart and pull out the plug.
4. Remove the loudspeaker.
Bose middle-pitch loudspeaker
1. Remove the three fastening screws from the loudspeaker cover in the door panel.
2. Remove the three fastening screws from the loudspeaker cover and remove the loudspeaker.
Installing Rear Loudspeakers
Bose low-pitch loudspeaker
1. Clip the electrical plug in the retaining bracket and insert the loudspeaker in the frame.
2. Insert the four fastening screws and tighten them.
3. Press in the plug until it clicks into place.
Bose middle-pitch loudspeaker
1. Position the loudspeaker on the cover and secure it with the three fastening screws.
2. Position the cover with loudspeaker on the door trim panel and secure it with the three fastening screws.
