Installing radiator





1. Insert the engine radiator from above on the right between the ATF cooler and the air-conditioning condenser.





2. Fasten servo oil cooler. To do this, push the servo oil cooler from left to right into the holder (-A-) and clip the wiring into the holder (-B-).





3. Move the ATF cooler into the installation position and push on the metal clips to fasten it.
4. Tighten the fastening screw on the servo oil cooler line with an M6 x 16 fastening screw. Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lbs.).





5. Push on the cooler vent line onto the right radiator side and fit the spring band clamp.





6. Push on the two coolant lines. The retaining clips on the flange must engage audibly.
7. Install front module.
8. Install lock mount.
9. Install the radiator frame.
10. Fill and bleed the cooling circuit.
11. Fit engine guard.
12. Connect the battery.
