Removing And Installing Gas Discharge Lamp

WARNING: Risk of short circuit: Before removing the headlight, take out the ignition key and switch the light switch off.

Removing Gas Discharge Lamp
1. Switch off the light. Remove the main headlight.







2. Open the two locking bars "1" and remove the cover "2".







3. Open the locking bar for the gas discharge lamp.







4. Carefully remove the lamp together with the electrical lines.







5. Disconnect the electrical plug connection.

Installing Gas Discharge Lamp







1. Plug in the electrical plug connection.







2. Carefully install the lamp in the headlight housing.







3. Close the locking bar and latch in place.







4. Place the cover "2" in position, press on and then close the locking bar "1".
5. Install the main headlight and carry out a function test.
