Removing And Installing Front Wiring Harness







Removing The Front Wiring Harness
1. Remove front bumper.







2. Release connectors on the fog lights "arrow A" and pull out "arrow B".







3. Release the connectors on the middle ParkAssist sensors "arrow A" and pull out "arrow B".







4. Release the side ParkAssist sensors "arrows A" and pull out "arrow B".
5. Release the connectors on the side ParkAssist sensors "arrow C" and pull out "arrow D".







6. Take out the wires from the metal clips "arrow".







7. Lift the locking hooks "arrow A" and open the clip "arrow B".







8. Cut through the tie-wrap "A" and take out the wiring harness on the right side "arrow B".

Installing Front Wiring Harness







1. Insert the wiring harness on the right side in the bumper "arrow A" and bring it into the installation position.
2. Connect the connector to the middle ParkAssist sensors "arrow B" until the locking tab "C" engages audibly.







3. Connect the connector to the side ParkAssist sensors "arrow A" until the locking tab "B" engages audibly.
4. Plug in the side ParkAssist sensors to the front spoiler "arrow C" until the locking tab "D" engages audibly.







5. Connect the connector to the fog lights "arrow A" until the locking tab "B" engages audibly.







6. Press the wiring harness into the metal clips "arrow" until it clicks into place in the clips.







7. Insert the wiring harness in the clip and press in the clip completely "arrow".







8. Tighten the wiring harness using tie-wraps "arrow" to the hose of the headlight cleaning system.
9. Install front bumper.
