Removing And Installing Wiring Harness For Auxiliary Heater
Remove Wiring Harness For Auxiliary Heater
1. Remove heater completely.
2. Release the plug "arrow A" and pull it off "arrow B".
3. Release the plug "A" and pull it off "arrow B".
4. Release the inner plug "1" "arrow A" and pull it off "arrows B".
5. Release the outer plug "2" "arrows C" and pull if off "arrow D".
6. Pull off the line with the clip from the water pipe "arrow".
7. Mark the exact installation position of the line in the clips with adhesive strips "A".
8. Open the clips "arrows B" and remove the line "arrow C".
9. Unscrew the clips "arrows" and remove them from the threaded pins.
Installing Wiring Harness For Auxiliary Heater
1. Connect the clips to the threaded pins "arrow".
NOTE: When replacing the wiring harness, transfer the position markings for the clips to the new wiring harness.
2. Insert the wiring harness in the clips "arrow A" and press in the clip only as far as the first catch "arrow B" - do not press hard.
3. Align the wiring harness on the clips to the adhesive tape markings "C" "arrows D" and press in the clips completely "arrow B".
4. Clip in the line on the water pipe "arrow".
5. Connect the plug "arrow A" until the locking tab "B" engages audibly.
6. Connect the outer plug "2" "arrow A" until the locking tabs engage audibly "arrows B".
7. Connect the inner plug "1" "arrow C" until the locking tab "arrow D" engages audibly.
8. Connect the plug "arrow A" until the locking tab "B" engages audibly.
9. Install heater completely.
