Removing and installing right sealing ring for selector shaft





Tools

Remove sealing ring
1. Move selector lever to position N.
2. Remove engine guard.
3. Remove multi-functional switch.





4. Remove sealing ring with sharp tool, such as a scriber etc.

Installing sealing ring





1. Press new sealing ring with special tool pressure sleeve T10174 as far as the pressure piece system on the transmission housing.
2. Install multi-functional switch.
3. Adjust multi-functional switch.
4. Install engine guard.
5. Functional test of gear selecting system:
^ Will the vehicle start?
^ Do all the selector lever positions work?
