Removing Pump For Windscreen Washer System
- Remove front right wheel housing liner.
- Remove tank for windscreen washer system.

NOTE: A stuck hose can be pulled off more easily if it is heated with a hot-air gun.







1. Release plug "arrow" and pull it off.







2. Pull off the two water lines from the pump "arrows A".
3. Pull the pump upwards out of the tank "arrow B".







4. Lever the rubber seal out of the tank "arrow B" using a release lever "A" removal tool, universal 21. Refer to 'Tools'.

Installing pump for windscreen washer system







1. Apply a suitable rubber lubricant (tyre mounting paste) to the sealing surface "A" and press the rubber seal into the tank "arrow B" until it engages audibly.







2. Apply a suitable rubber lubricant (tyre mounting paste) to the sealing surface "A" and press the pump into the rubber seal "arrow B" until it engages audibly.
3. Connect the two water lines to the pump connections "arrows C".







4. Connect the plug to the pump "arrow" until it audibly locks into place.

Install tank for windscreen washer system.
Install front right wheel housing liner.
