Distribution of the Oil Quantity In the Refrigerant Circuit
Distribution of the Oil Quantity In the Refrigerant Circuit
NOTE:
- Oil removed by suction must be returned to the system.
- Refrigerant oil removed from a previously run air-conditioning system may no longer be used (special-category waste).
- After the refrigerant has been removed by suction and a component has been replaced, the oil quantity must be determined and topped up by the quantity remaining in the removed component.
- When changing the individual components referred to in the following table, the measured oil quantity purged from the cooling circuit and the quantity in the component must be fed into the cooling circuit.
- When using a new compressor in an operational refrigerant circuit, the oil quantity in the new compressor should be reduced by max. 80 Cu.cm. The oil quantity in a new compressor amounts to 200 Cu.cm in the delivery range.
