Power Mirror Switch: Service and Repair

Removing and Installing Switch for Rearview Mirror

NOTE: The switch for the rearview mirror is located in the mirror triangle on the driver's side.

Removing switch for rear-view mirror
Remove ignition key.







1. Carefully lever our cover with a screwdriver or a plastic filler and pull forwards.







2. -A- Unclip switch from the cover from behind and pull out.
3. -B- Operate lock on plug using a screwdriver and pull off plug.

Installing switch for rear-view mirror







1. -A- Position connector on the switch until it engages firmly.
2. -B- Insert switch and clip into the cover.







3. Press cover onto the door frame and secure.
