Preliminary work
Remove glove compartment.

Removing contact switch for glove compartment light

NOTE: The door switch for the glove compartment light is located on the rear of the glove compartment.

Overview of contact switch for glove compartment light:

1. Release glove compartment light plug -Arrows a- and unplug.

Unclipping wiring harness:

2. Remove wiring harness on the mounting points on the glove compartment -Arrows-.

Unclipping contact switch for glove compartment light:

3. Release mounting points -arrows A- and take out the door switch for the glove compartment light -1- and the connector socket -2-.

Installing contact switch for glove compartment light

Clipping in contact switch for glove compartment light:

1. Press the door switch for the glove compartment light -1- and the connector socket -2- in the mounting points, until they can be felt to engage.

Clipping in wiring harness:

2. Lay the wiring harness and press in the mounting points on the glove compartment -Arrows-.
3. Insert the glove compartment light plug until it is felt to engage.

Subsequent work
Install glove compartment.
