Description:
- Polyester fine stopper
Properties:
- Non-porous, fine surface
- Good drawing properties
- Easy to sand, particularly at transition areas
Base surfaces:
- Hardened paintwork, sanded
- Sheet steel, aluminum and UP-GF, sanded
- Hardened Standoflex(R) 2K Plastic Primer Surfacer / Standox(R) 2K Universal Filler / Standox(R) 2K Nonstop Primer Filler, sanded
- Primed hard plastics

NOTE:
- Raw material base: Unsaturated polyester resin
- Flash point: 33° C/91.4° F
- Spec. weight: 1.79 g/cm3
- Solid content: 83.9% weight/67.7% vol.
- Storage: Polyester materials have a limited shelf life; always store in a cool place. Application within 12 months guarantees perfect results.
- Use Standox(R) PE Soft Stopper on galvanized base surfaces
- Do not use on acid primer, Standohyd(R) 1K Primer Surfacer, TPA paint finishes and elastic-rendered old paint finishes
- Do not apply below +5° C
- Mix 2-3% Standox(R) Hardener Paste red and stopper well. Try not to overdose as this can result in discoloration of the final paint finish.
- Clean equipment after use with cleaning thinner
VOC value:
- 284 g/l
WARNING:
- Hardener pastes contain organic peroxide and have a corrosive effect. Wipe off splashes on the skin immediately and wash with soap and water.
- Rinse out splashes in the eyes with plenty of watery 2% sodium carbonate solution or plenty of water. Consult a doctor immediately.

- Chrome-free wash primer for sheet steel, aluminum and galvanized base surfaces
Properties:
- Glazing
- Excellent corrosion inhibition
- Triple-layer build-up
- Optimum adhesion
Base surfaces:
- Bare sheetmetal, sanded
- Aluminum, sanded
- Galvanized sheetmetal, sanded (do not sand through zinc coating)
- Hardened paintwork, sanded

NOTE:
- Raw material base: Polyvinyl butyryl, corrosion inhibition pigments
- Flash point: 26° C/78.8° F
- Spec. weight: 0.96 g/cm3
- Solid content: 26.0% weight/14.0% vol.
- Theoretical yield: 8.8 m2/ltr. with a dry coat thickness of 8 microns
- Clean equipment after use with cleaning thinner
VOC value:
- 708 g/l
NOTE:
- Standox(R) Etching Adhesion Primer must always be used with Standox(R) 2K Universal Filler in triple-layer build-up.
- Do not apply polyester, EP and water-dilutable products over this.
