Removing And Installing Oil Suction Pump For Turbocharger

Preliminary work
1. Remove bracket for oil/water heat exchanger.

1. Unscrew the M6 x 40 fastening screws -1 to 6-. The two screws -X- must remain fitted, otherwise the oil suction pump will fall apart.







2. Remove oil suction pump and seal from flange.
3. Clean sealing faces. Replace seal.

Installing oil suction pump for turbocharger







1. Clean sealing faces on flange of the oil suction pump on the crankcase and on the oil suction pump.
2. Replace and fit seal.
3. Mount oil suction pump; the drivers -1- must engage in the grooves of the oil pump drive.












4. Position and tighten fastening screws -1 to 6- of the oil suction pump. Tightening torque: 7.5 ftlb.







Subsequent work
1. Install bracket for oil/water heat exchanger.
