The 911 Carrera/S (997) also features the familiar roof transport system (RTS). It is characterized by its elegant design and can be locked to protect against theft and can carry a maximum load of 165 lbs (75 kg). Various add-on modules such as ski or bike racks, surfboard holders or a roof box can be mounted on the basic transport system.
