Rear Window Emergency Operation

1. Remove ignition key.







2. Move the passenger seat forward and fold the backrest forward. Fold the rear seat backrests forward.
3. Grasp the bottom of the rear-wall lining -A- with your hands.
4. Use force to pull the rear-wall lining -A- forward.







5. Insert a screwdriver into the slot on the closing aid and press the locking bolt out.







Following emergency operation of the rear window, the pull-button -A- next to the driver's seat must be actuated or the button for the hinged rear window on the remote control must be pressed. This gets the closing aid ready for operation again.
