Removing And Installing A-Pillar Trim Panel

Preliminary work


1. Remove B-pillar trim panel. Refer to Removing and installing B-pillar trim panel.

Removing A-pillar trim panel







1. Unclip A-pillar trim panel -1- along the roof frame and windscreen frame and remove it by pulling it inwards.







Removing mounting for fixing clip

1. Press in locking lugs on fixing clip -Arrows A- and remove in direction of arrow -Arrow B-.







Installing A-pillar trim panel

Installing mounting for fixing clip

1. Insert mounting for fixing clip into the slot on the roof frame and slide it forward fully in -direction of arrow-.







Installing A-pillar trim panel

1. Insert A-pillar trim panel -1- into the retaining clips and into the front cut-out on the dashboard.







2. Position A-pillar trim panel -1- along the roof frame and windscreen frame from below and clip it in.

Subsequent work

1. Install B-pillar trim panel. Refer to Removing and installing B-pillar trim panel.
