Technical Values







CAUTION: Risk of damage to roof assembly when removed.
- Placing the roof assembly on a level surface can damage the roof assembly frame.
- Only work on the removed roof assembly when the roof assembly is mounted on the assembly fixture.







1. Get the assembly fixture ready.
1.1. Retaining frame 9695 -2- must first be fitted into the WE1082 transmission jack V.A.G 1383 A -1-.







1.2. Support 9695/1 -3- must be secured to the retaining frame 9695 -2- at the positions shown using fastening screws and inlay nuts.
1.3. Support 9695/1 -3- must then be aligned to the dimension A: 80 mm and the dimension B: 975 mm.







2. Secure roof assembly to the assembly fixture.
2.1. Position roof assembly -4- on the support 9695/1 -3- and secure with fastening screws (M8 x 30).
