Diagnostic conditions
- Battery positive voltage between 10 V and 16 V
- Engine temperature > 30 °C (86 °F)
- Engine speed 1408 ... 3000 rpm
- Vehicle speed > 20 km/h (13 mph)
- Overrun shut-off
- Brake released

Possible fault causes
- No or incorrect signal from PSM control unit
- CAN data bus faulty
