Installation position of actuator for filler flap

1. Open the filler flap.
2. Removing actuator

2.1. Unscrew the fastening screws -1- and pull the actuator out by approx. 10 mm -Arrow A-.
2.2. Turn the actuator approx. 90° clockwise -Arrow B- and remove it -Arrow A-.

Installing actuator for filler flap

1. Inserting actuator





Inserting actuator for filler flap

1.1. Use a small screwdriver to move the lock peg into installation position -Arrow A-.
1.2. Place the actuator on the lock peg -Arrow B-.
1.3. Turn the actuator approx. 90° anti-clockwise at around 10 mm in front of the installation position -Arrow C-.
2. Push the actuator in fully and secure with the fastening screws -1-. => Tightening torque: 12 Nm (9 ftlb.)

3. Close the filler flap.
