Preliminary work

1. Remove front apron. -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Removing"

Installation position of front wire harness

1. Unclip plug connections on the front apron at the right.
1.1. Unclip plug connections -1 and 2- on the front apron -arrows A-.
1.2. Unclip front wire harness -4- at the line bracket -3- ( -arrow B- ).

2. Release connector -1- ( -arrow A- ) and pull it off the fog light -2- at the left and right -arrow B-.

3. Disconnect plug connections for front direction indicator at the left and right.
3.1. Release connectors for direction indicator light and parking light -1 and 2- ( -arrows A- ) and pull them off the front direction indicator -3- ( -arrows B- ).
3.2. Unclip wire harness -4- ( -arrow C- ).

4. Take front wire harness -1- out of the air grille holders at the left and right -arrows-.

5. Unclip front wire harness -1- at the left and right -arrows- and cut tie-wraps -2-.

6. Unclip front wire harness -1- in the middle -arrows- and cut tie-wraps -2-.

7. Pull off connector on sensors for ParkAssist.
7.1. Release clips -arrows A- and remove sensor for ParkAssist -1- ( -arrow B- ).
7.2. Release connector -2- ( -arrow C- ) and pull it off the sensor for ParkAssist -1- ( -arrow D- ).

8. Remove front wire harness.

Installing front wire harness

1. Plug in connector on sensor for ParkAssist.
1.1. Plug in connector -2- on sensor for ParkAssist -1- ( -arrow A- ) until the connector -2- engages securely.
1.2. Press sensor for ParkAssist -1- into the mounting -arrow B- until the clips engage securely.

2. Clip in front wire harness -1- in the middle -arrows- and secure with new tie-wraps -2-.

3. Clip in front wire harness -1- at the left and right -arrows- and secure with new tie-wraps -2-.

4. Insert front wire harness -1- into the air grille holders at the left and right -arrows-.

5. Connect plug connections for front direction indicator at the left and right.
5.1. Clip in wire harness -4- ( -arrow A- ).
5.2. Connect connectors for the direction indicator light and parking light -1 and 2- to the front direction indicator -3- ( -arrows B- ) until the connectors engage securely.

6. Push connector -1- onto the fog light -2- at the left and right -arrow- until the connector engages securely.

7. Clip front wire harness into the front apron at the right.
7.1. Clip front wire harness -4- and line bracket -3- into the front apron -arrow A-.
7.2. Clip plug connections -1 and 2- into the front apron -arrows B-.

Subsequent work

1. Install front apron. -> 631519 Removing and installing front apron - section on "Installing"
