Remote control buttons too loose.

Causes and remedial action

Cause
Constant pressure on the buttons on the remote control can make them loose and too easily pressed (e.g. when kept in your trousers pocket). This can set off the remote control prematurely.

Remedial action
In the event of a complaint, replace the silicone pad and buttons with modified spare parts.
