Preliminary work

Installation position of control unit for seat heating

Information

The control unit for seat heating is located on the left next to the passenger's airbag above the glove box.

1. Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.
2. Release both retaining clips -arrows A- and remove control unit for seat heating from the holder -arrow B-.

3. Release connector -arrows A- and pull it off the control unit for seat heating -arrow B-.

Installing control unit for seat heating

1. Check retaining clips and replace them if necessary.
1.1. Release damaged retaining clip -arrow A- and remove from the control unit for seat heating -arrow B-.
1.2. Slide new retaining clip onto the control unit for seat heating until the retaining clip engages securely.

2. Plug connector onto the control unit for seat heating -arrow- until the connector engages securely.

3. Place control unit for seat heating in installation position and press onto the holder -arrow- until the two retaining clips engage securely.
