Removing and installing centre cover

Removing centre cover







1. Unscrew fastening screw -1- and remove rear lifting platform holder -2- in a downward direction -arrow- .







2. Unclip cover -1- at the centre cover -2- in a downward direction -arrow A- and pull it out -arrow B- .







3. Unscrew fastening screws -1- and remove centre cover -2- in the rear area by pulling it down from the body -arrow A- .







4. Pull out centre cover -2- in the front area under the wheel housing liner -3- ( -arrow B- ).

Installing centre cover







1. Position centre cover -2- on the body -arrows A- , guide it in at the front under the wheel housing liner -3- and slide it forward -arrow B- .







2. Tighten fastening screws -1- .
- Tightening torque: 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.)

3. Slide cover -1- into the centre cover -2- ( -arrow A- ) and clip it in by pushing it upwards -arrow B- .







4. Position rear lifting platform holder -2- on the body -arrow- and secure with the fastening screw -1- .
- Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)
