Removing And Installing Hose For Headlight Washer System

Preliminary work
Removing front apron.

Removing hose for headlight washer system












1. Unclip the high-pressure hose -arrows A-.
2. Remove retaining clip -arrow B- and pull off the hose on both spray jets -arrow C-.







3. Cut through the tie-wraps -arrow A- and remove the hose on the right side -arrow B.

Installing hose for headlight washer system







1. Slide in hose on the right side -arrow A- and position it along the electrical wiring harness.
2. Push the hose onto the spray jets -arrow B-.







3. Press on the retaining clip -arrow C- until it locks in place.

INFORMATION: Before tightening with tie-wraps, make sure hose does not chafe on locking tabs of parking aid -B-.







4. Tighten hose with tie-wraps -arrow A- to the electrical wiring harness.







5. Press hose in until it is felt to click into place in the clips -arrows-.
