Removing And Installing Oddments Tray

Technical values







Preliminary work

1. Remove trim panel for spring strut mount. Refer to Removing and installing trim panel for spring strut mount.
2. Remove retaining strip for securing luggage. Refer to Removing rear wall trim panel.

Removing oddments tray







1. Undo fastening screws -1-.







2. Unclip oddments tray -2- in area of belt deflector -Arrow A-, remove in -direction of Arrow B- and then disengage from the seat belt -3-.
3. Check fastening nuts -1- and replace if necessary.







4. Check fastening nuts -1- and clamps -2, 3- and replace if necessary.







Installing oddments tray







1. Thread through the seat belt -3-.







2. Insert oddments tray -2- in -direction of Arrow A- and clip in area of belt deflector -Arrow B-.
3. Screw down oddments tray -2- with the fastening screws -1-. Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

1. Install retaining strip for securing luggage. Refer to Removing rear wall trim panel.
2. Install trim panel for spring strut mount. Refer to Removing and installing trim panel for spring strut mount.
