Throttle valve adjusting unit stuck

Diagnostic conditions
- Adaptation performed
- Vehicle is stationary
- No gear selected, selector lever in N or P
- Intake air temperature more than 5 °C (41 °F)
- Engine idling, then:
- short rev-up, then:
- Engine speed more than 2,200 rpm

Possible fault causes
- Throttle valve adjusting unit iced up
- Throttle valve adjusting unit faulty
